Eligibility Criteria
- This programme is available for students who have already completed an Advanced Level course in Biology and/or Chemistry at any institution.
Course Content & Subject Choice
- This programme is specifically designed for students who want to improve their grades in Biology and/or Chemistry to pursue medical, healthcare and other science-oriented courses at University.
- This intensive programme offers students eight lessons in theory and two practical sessions each in Biology and Chemistry.
- Students of this programme are also allowed to study other subjects of their choice at Intermediate level as may be required, subject to timetable constraints.
Special Considerations
- Students following Biology at Advanced Level must have already completed the required coursework, which must be appropriately certified by the institution where they previously attended. During the Biology practical sessions, students can improve their Biology practical portfolio.
- Environmental Science (Intermediate Level) cannot be taken with Advanced Biology and/or Chemistry.
- Students are advised to check the entry requirements for the course of specialisation they intend to follow at tertiary level.
